A MENU THAT CHANGES BUT CLASSICS THAT REMAIN
Week after week the Tapas menu varies at 633. We say Tapas but the portions are more of the size of a starter than the traditional Tapas. Promoting sharing and offering the possibility of tasting several dishes are the aims of 633.
Tuna Tartare, Grilled Caesar Salad and our Pulled Duck Poutine are 3 signature interpretations that have not left the menu since the opening of the Bistro. As for the rest, everything can change. The kitchen brigade has fun creating, reinterpreting and varying various dishes in order to constantly offer you new things.
We have a full liquor license which allows us to offer you a local and private import wine list as well as a list of over 200 whiskeys.
